"Tootsie" was a longtime friend of my grandmother...Midge Kelly. We loved when she came to town for a visit. She was always full of adventures and laughs.

Willie was a great lady, had more spirit than anyone I ever knew.Every time I spoke with her we laughed our heads off. She had strenght. Loved her family and I know they loved her. She was such a joy and I will miss her. Do not mourn, she is in a better place.
