David L. Meadows
David L. Meadows, 71 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 in a local hospital. He was retired from Capco Pipe Company in Van Buren and a U.S. Army Veteran in Dessert Storm. He was preceded in death by his parents Rasho & Virginia (Harrison) Meadows; a son Michael Brand; two brothers Steven Meadows and Rasho Meadows, Jr.
Funeral services will be graveside 10A.M., June 24, 2021 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife Dianna of the home; four sons Leon Meadows and wife Julie of Seabrook, Texas, Brian Meadows and wife Angie of Van Buren, Robert Brand and wife Andrea of Cedarville and George Brand of Van Buren; one sister Virginia Dempsey of Springdale; one brother Paul Meadows and wife Rose of Alma; five grandchildren Payton, Erin, Tegan, Rani, Dustin and three great-grandchildren Jayden, Keenan and Delilah; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will visit with relatives and friends Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.

We are so saddened at reading of David's passing. Jerry remembers some of his best times were with David during their time in the Army Reserve. Even though we haven't seen him in a while, he will be greatly missed. Prayers for your family.

Even though Haven't seen any of the Meadows in many years I still love them all and remember David as a Great Guy My deepest sympathies to the family.
