Johnny Ray Fryar, a lifelong resident of Mulberry, AR, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021. He was born May 7, 1966 to Alvin "Pops" Fryar and Margie Wallace-Fryar, the youngest of their three sons. He was well known in the community and will be dearly missed. His hobbies were riding and fixing motorcycles, he could keep up with the best of them. He was a hardworking man baling a lot of hay on his farm with his many animals, especially roosters. He is preceded in death by his parents, guardians, Max and Ruby Clayton and brothers, Ray, Tiny, Herman and Lewis.
Graveside services will be 10 A.M. Friday, June 25, 2021, at Pope Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include a son, Johnny Fryar II and wife Kayla Robbins of Mountainburg; daughters, Charmalyn Henry of the home, Amanda Irvan and Adrianna Fryar of Paul's Valley, OK and Harley Fryar of Ardmore, OK; brothers, Alvin and Max Fryar both of Mulberry; sister Cumin Knight; grandchildren Sean Irvan, Clayton Irvan, James Irvan, Zechariah Irvan, JayCee Fryar, Raylee Fryar, Jeremiah Fryar, Fisher Bowen, Otis Fryar, Beau Henry, Austin Kosier, Logan Kosier, Adaline Kosier, Brandon Meeks and one on the way, Emberleigh Rose Quiroz and dozens of nieces, nephews and extended family.
