Paul Stephen Link

August 7, 1952 - December 19, 2024

Paul Stephen Link, 72, of Check, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Rheba Light Link; son, Jon Link, sister, Joan Akers; and the mother of his children, Karen Sheppard.

Paul is survived his son, Timothy Link (Crystal); seven grandchildren, T.W., Dakota, Sierra, Justin, Ona, Jackson and Thor; seven great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Betty Reynolds, Mary Richardson, James Link (Peggy), David Link, Brenda Hungate (Carl), Allen Link, Joyce Whitaker (Chris); many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Ben Whitaker officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral services.
