Patricia Ann Carter

PATRICIA ANN CARTER 1944 - 2009 Trish passed away on Monday June 8th in her adopted home of Bigfork, Montana after a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. A long time valley resident she raised her two boys in Los Olivos. Trish was a leader in the community as a past President of the Episcopal Women's Club in Los Olivos, board member of the Carriage Museum in Santa Ynez and chair person of the Woman's Auxiliary Christmas Ball just to name a few. She is survived by her husband Richard (Dick) Carter of Bigfork, Montana; sons, Eric Coon (Lea) of San Francisco and Brian Coon (Sofie) of San Diego; her mother and father, Herb and Velma Trosin of Sequim, Washington; siblings, Tim Trosin (Claire) of Sequim, Washington, Butch Trosin (Kathy) of Sandpoint, Idaho and Aileen Albrigio of Pleasenton, California; step- daughters Christina Liebman (Rob) of Berthoud, Colorado, Jennifer Hoyle (Jeff) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Courtney Crowe (Damon) of Monrovia, California. Trish is also survived by nine grandchildren. A memorial service took place at Bethania Lutheran Church in Bigfork, Montana at 11:00am on Saturday, June 13, followed by a reception at the family home.
