Tallahassee - Alfred Thurman, Sr. 80, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
Mourning his passing are six children, Bonita Thurman-Walker (Stanley), Sabrita Thurman-Newby (Johnny), Victoria Thurman-Mathis (Cecil), Reginald Thurman, Lakeytta and Latarvia Thurman; 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, god-daughter, Miss Dream Hogan; aunt, Annie Jerry; cousins, other relatives and friends.
Alfred Thurman Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Thurman and Mrs. Estelle Horton-Thurman; his son and namesake, Alfred Thurman, Jr.
Graveside service will be 11 AM Saturday, October 31, 2020 at St. Rosa Church Cemetery. Viewing will be from 11 AM to 6 PM Friday, October 30, 2020 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.

Sabrita I am so very sorry to hear about your Father he was truly my Friend, he looked out for me and my son and I will never be able to pay him back but what he did know is how much he meant to me.
