Doris Higgins Obituary
Tallahassee - Doris Ann Higgins, 42, transitioned Mon. Feb. 4 in Tallahassee. Graveside services will be 11am Sat. Feb 23 at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Thomasville, GA. Doris will rest in the mortuary from 3-7pm Fri. Feb 22 , with a wake from 7:30pm- 8:30pm at Richardson's Tallahassee Chapel (850) 576-4144. Survivors include her children: Shanquanette Higgins, Shaykeria Higgins, Je'Niyah Higgins, Jamira Walker, and Destiny Walker; grandchildren: Sariyah, Deshawn, Chaceyon, Mason; siblings: Letoya Dunbar, Teresa Higgins, Alea Washington, Shavantis Plummer, Terry Williams, Bryan Williams, Terrance Washington; fiance and lifetime partner: Marquis Curry; best friends: Tameka Young, Willie Mae Holden; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
