On behalf of myself and Gregory's family, I would like to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and expressions. Gregory was a unique individual who touched the lives of many people. Although his passing has created a deep sense of loss, I try to think of all the happy memories he created. This helps overcome the pain of his being gone. I hope all of you will keep his memory alive for many years to come.

Gregory was one of the very first people I met at MCI. I will always remember him training me in QA and how fortunate I felt to learn from someone so patient and kind. Through the years that followed, he never failed to greet me with a smile and brighten my day.
My prayers go out to his loved ones.

Gregory going is a loss to the world - I remember well his reaction to the possibility that our MCI VP wanted to move us all to the South! He was a kind and funny man and I'm so sad to hear that he's gone.

Gregory and I met when I began working with MCI in 1998. Although I was not an intimate fried of Gregory's, he had a way of making me feel like a special friend. I will always remember his wonderful smile, his attire, which made him look like he stepped out of the pages of G.Q., and of course that wonderful laugh. The last time I saw Gregory was for dinner at Salute's. Gregory, Wilma Carole and I met before I moved to Virginia. And, yes! He could eat! You'd never know how much by his slender build.
Our friend is now sharing the glory of our Lord, and his suffering has ended. Rest well, my friend. I know you're smiling from ear to ear!
My deepest condolences to Gregory's family, Scott, and to his many, many friends.

Hello, My name is Vandora Asis
Gregory and I met at MCI. We worked closely together and ate lunch every day together along with some other co-workers (Robert Wood, Stacie Salazar, and Ms. Wilma) We all became very close friends over the years. What I loved most about Gregory was his smile and his laugh which I found contagious. Whenever he laughed I laughed! I will never forget the time when I brought in some tuna and crackers to snack on, and he said what you eating? I said tuna, and he said Ughhhh, I hate tuna, and I told him try it, you'll love I bet you 10 bucks. He said no way... My mama tried to get me to eat tuna when I was growing up,and I would never do it. I said if you don't like it I'll give you 10 bucks right now...I must say he loved it, and I got to keep my 10 bucks:-) He then would always ask me to bring some in, which became our regular snack.
I'll tell you this...My boy Gregory could throw down some food like nobody could!!
I will miss him dearly, but I am so very glad that he is now on a new life journey with his Lord, as we all will be some day, where we will meet our loved ones. I am most grateful that the Lord has blessed me with his friendship! I will always have fond and wonderful memories of him.
My deepest condolences go out to Scott his companion and Gregory's family and friends. May the Lords wonderful peace be with you all in this time on deep sadness..
Best regards,
Vandora Asis
