We love you and we know that this is a very hard time and it is hard to see the light in the dark right now, but god had plans for Jacob. He is now in heaven playing and happy. He was beautiful and perfect and looked like you. I love you very much - love sis, Elizabeth, Tony Dillon and Patrick.

Jacob was beautiful and perfect. He is now dancing with god and is in a much better place. It is hard to see light down this path but we are here for you and one another, as my brother I morn for your loss and as his aunt he will be truly missed and loved.
