Lora Cook Obituary
Lora Wildermuth Cook of Tallahassee lost her brave fight and entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. She sang in the choir and was an active member of Bible Believers Fellowship of Tallahassee.
Lora was born on May 6, 1961 in South Weymouth, MA to Stan and Joy Wildermuth of Hamptonville, NC. Besides her parents, she leaves behind a daughter, Jennifer Albro (Miranda), two sons, Michael Albro, and Stephen Albro (Milisha) of Tallahassee, FL and estranged husband Randy Cook also of Tallahassee. In addition, she leaves behind three sisters, Kim Wickman (Tim) of North Charleston, SC, Marsha Daves of Summerville, SC and Sheryl Richmond (Curt) of Lisbon, CT, one brother, Wayne Wildermuth (Cindy) of New London, CT, and two step children, Cody Cook and Chyanne Cook and was preceded in death by a sister, Holly Lombardi (John) of Waterford, CT and grandson Adam Woods. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
A memorial service to honor Lora will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Bible Believers Fellowship in Tallahassee. Lora was a kind hearted and selfless volunteer at Shands Hospital of Gainesville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Lora's name to the American Heart Association.
