I don't know what else to say. Not a day goes by I don't think of Nickler. I still think it must be a cruel joke sometimes. I was lucky to know him.

In complete shock reading this ..swore that I saw Nick on Florida State campus going to class last semester and almost stopped to say hi but didn´t..was just texting him today because I thought for this new year it would be nice to get back in touch with an old friend to see how they´re doing and came across this awful news..nick was like a brother to me, he was smart, funny, and would go out of his way to help a stranger if need be.. my heart aches for his family. Rest In Peace my friend.

Nick was one of the best human beings I've ever met. He changed my life when I met him for the better. He was the funniest person I have ever had the privilege of knowing, and he made everything more fun with his presence. He inspired me to do things I didn't think I could do, he helped me overcome fears I and literally laugh right through then. He required nothing in return. I loved the hours I spent making him laugh. I loved him like a brother. I am sorry for everyone else that lost this beautiful person.

It was heartbreaking to hear of Nick's passing. Nicholas was like a son to me. I will miss him so much, especially his quick wit and sharp mind. He made life so much fun and I will always remember his kindnesses. Cindel, Ray, Chris, (and Amber), I will keep you all in my heart and prayers as you remember and cherish all of the good times spent with him.
