Phillip Coppage Obituary
Phillip Craig Coppage, age 53, entered into rest September 15, 2014 at his residence. Phillip was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was a longtime resident of Tallahassee. He graduated from Lincoln High School and Florida State University. He was employed at OpenText for many years. Phillip is survived by the joys of his life, his daughter Sophie and son Jake Coppage; his mother Anita Jane Nilson, father through love and affection, Cliff Nilson; two brothers, Mike and Cliff Jr.; two sisters Donna and Shirley; and the children's mother Kris Kimel. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Bevis Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Coastal Conservation Assoc. of Florida. Susie Mozolic of Bevis Funeral Home is assisting the family with their arrangements. (www.bevisfh.com 850-385-2193)

I've known you most of my life. Friends of my brothers first then my husband and I. You will be missed my friend. Years of fun and adventure. I'm so sorry for all of the pain that you endured in your short life. You heart and sole will live on in our memories of you. Thanks for being my friend for all of those years. God speed to your families.Keep the good memories in your hearts.
