Funeral services for Robert "Bo" Lannis Clark, 67, of Whigham, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2013, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Whigham, GA. Mr. Clark passed away at his home in Whigham, GA, on October 14, 2013. Mr. Clark was born on January 14, 1946, in Cairo, GA, to the late Robert Lee Clark and Ollie Gertrude "Pinky" Kinchen Clark. Mr. Clark served his country in the United States Army. On July 23, 1994, he married Melanie Turner Clark, who survives. He was a supervisor with Engelhard/BASF and of the Baptist Faith. Bo was the love of Melanie's life. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and socializing from his screened back porch. Survivors include: his wife, Melanie T. Clark of Whigham, GA; daughters, Connie Clark of Marietta, GA, Natalie Morris (Dexter) of Cairo, GA; son, Brian Clark of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Nyla and Nadia Morris both of Cairo, GA; brother, Lane Clark (A.J.) of Whigham, GA; sisters, Joan Risser (Don) of Greenville, N.C., June Oxier of Tallahassee, FL, Marlene Boydston (C. H.) of Tallahassee, FL; a host of nieces and nephews; and his much loved canine baby "Phoebe"; sisters-in-law, Ginnie Hughes (Ricky) of Naples, FL, Glennie Anderson (Billy) of Thomasville, GA, Kathie Lampkin (Bobby) of Ochlocknee, GA; brother-in-law, Al Turner (Kay) of Monticello, FL. He was preceded in death by: his parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Charlie and Carolyn Turner. The family will be meeting at the home of Natalie and Dexter Morris, 1235 Midway Road, Cairo, GA, 39828.
