My heart goes out to Mike and the children, Kay, J. C. and Kathy and the rest of the family. My prayers are with you and have been for these past many months. I pray for God's grace, presence, strength and comfort to surround you all during the coming days. Sharon has always had a special place in my heart as has the rest of these two very special families. From the time we came to Enterprise almost 35 years ago and to Hillcrest, the Barnes family was one of the first to welcome us. Mr. Earl helped us move into our first house, he and Mrs. Kay kept our children in the nursery and in one year old Sunday School, and Sharon babysat both our children. J. C. And Kathy also became dear friends as through the years our lives have been entertained in many ares of church service. I love all of you so much and grieve with you over the earthly loss of this precious one. However, I rejoice that God has mercifully healed her and she is now walking around Heaven, strong, whole, and pain free in a new body and having a wonderful reunion with her dad and baby girl. Cling to God's word in Psa. 119:17. Sharon fulfilled God's purpose for her life completely on this earth in her 48 short years. It's those of us left behind who will bear the pain of the loss of her presence with us, but always with the knowledge and assurance of seeing her again when we go home to be with the Lord. She will be at the Pearly Gates welcoming us all.
