Port St. Joe - Stacy Eugene Gathers, 49, transitioned Wed. April 14 in Panama City. Funeral service will be 1pm Sat. April 24 at David Jones Gym with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery, both in Port St. Joe. There will be a wake from 5-7pm (est) Fri. April 23 at David Jones Gym. Precious Memories- Panama City (850) 481-8762.
