Thomas Washington Obituary
Tallahassee, FL - Thomas "Bo Diddley" Washington, 62, of Tallahassee passed on Wednesday, December 4, 2020. Graveside services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Speed Cemetery, Jefferson Road, Tallahassee. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Thomas was the son of Freddie Sr. and Lilla Nadine Copeland Washington, both who predeceased him. "Bo Diddley" spent most of his working years as a farm laborer. He loved driving tractors. Survivors include his son, Thomas Jr.; grandchildren: Korey, Camren and Camerion Washington and Brandon Fair and Amani Simmons; sisters: Agnes (Stanley) Vanover and Gloria (Willie) Copeland; brothers: Sidney (Evelyn) Washington, Robert (Carol) Washington and Clarence (Meka) Washington and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
