One of the greatest teachers I ever had (Palm Harbor, early to mid 70s.) I also remember how, during the summer months, he worked at the PH summer enrichment program. That he would make the daily trek all the way from Tampa spoke volumes about his dedication. His son frequently came with him and we hung out together, though I doubt he'd remember at this point. "Mr. D" had a long-lasting impression on my, and my regret is that I never had the opportunity to tell him so. My condolences to his loved ones. May his memory be a blessing.

Mr. Diaz was a beloved teacher and role model. I still remember my first introduction to Spanish in his class at Palm Harbor Elementary, and most notably learning about Jai Alai which he enthusiastically demonstrated. His life was certainly well-lived and he will always be remembered fondly.

Sylvia, I was so very sorry to hear of Tony's passing. He was and always will be a truly wonderful man. We were so lucky to have been your neighbors a while back and have wonderful memories of Tony. He was always there lending us a hand and he truly was one of the kindest, most genuine and generous individuals I've ever met. I'm sure that Onidio has already welcomed him into heaven, and one day, we'll all be together again. Love and prayers from Celeste Sanchez and Family.
