So glad that I got to see you at your ranch. You were so much like your Dad. Art lived in our house for a while when I was 5 or 6. Rest in peace dear cousin.

I grew up on First St right across the street from the Lance family.
I remember how good looking Art was. Of course I was only 10 yrs old. Gloria and her family lived upstairs with her twin boys.
