Addison is succeeded by loving children, Brad Bradford of Tampa, Brenda Fond of Tampa, Alan Bradford of Fort Campbell, KY; and stepson, Kyle Insley of Tampa. Also sisters, Tammy Gambee, Dianna Tithof; and brothers, Mark Horton, Brian Horton, and Jerry Horton all of Grand Rapids; and her prized grandchildren, Logan Bradford, Dylan Bradford, Hailey Allen, Draven Fond, Charlie Green, Annika Bradford, Allen Bradford Jr., Hayven Bradford, Raiden Bradford, Cambria Bradford, Piper Bradford; many nieces and nephews; and the love of her life, Michael Cohen of Tampa. She was known as "Mom" to those she met who needed love and support. In the Beer Club she became a steward at the home brewing contests and glowed as Michael Cohen won numerous awards. Every Sunday Cindy was found on Gandy Beach and part of it will always be called "Cindy's Beach" by friends and family. She is fondly remembered by friends, Jim Dalton, Shirley Russell, Tammy Koota, Vicky Muhlrooney, Dan Eliot., Jim and Sue Van Buskirk, Ann and Mike Thompson and Dina Galloway. Her devoted dogs, Snickers & Bubba will never forget her love. www.cremationstampabay.com
