David left us way too soon. Carrie and I fondly remember the Halprin family sitting in the row behind us growing up at CBI. However, one special recent memory. David and Bonnie just showed up to my mom's gravestone dedication (assuring we would have 10 for a minyun). Never asked...he just heard from Mike we might be short. Such a kind gesture typifies the man David Halprin was.

My condolences to the Halprin family
