Dr. David Wilcher was a compassionate, caring provider and a wonderful mentor. He, along with Dr. Frank Ruisi, mentored me in my first position as an ER NP and I still hear his words and guidance 14 years later. Thank you for your wisdom and patience. He was a wonderful, caring man and taught me a lot working with him for 26 years at East Pasco Medical center. He was fun but took caring for people very serious. I will miss him. His wife, Rita made his heart grow warm and kind.
