Diana DeVoe Obituary
(Freeman)
102, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 in Springfield, Ohio. Diana was born September 30, 1922 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Robert Elmer and Frances (Thornton) Freeman. Raised in Florida, she graduated from Lake Wales High School and then Virginia Intermont College. She was an executive secretary for many companies, retiring at the age of 77 from Green and Assoc. Architects in Cashiers, NC. She was a member of the Junior League of Tampa and attended the Episcopal Church wherever she lived. She loved to travel, especially to Europe and the beach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Thornton Freeman. She is survived by her children, Sue DeVoe Allen of Springfield, Robert (Karen) Freeman DeVoe of Edgewater, FL, and Charles Richard DeVoe of Hollywood, FL. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 12 pm in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, Tampa. Arrangements by
