I was in the 6th grade and you were in the 4th
at Robles Elementary School. Free, your Mom wass a wonderful teacher when I was in the 6th grade. And still, she was just as wonderful when I saw her in Plant City, back in 2005 or 2006.
My condolences to you and your family.

I never got a chance to meet her or Fred. My dad the late Ezell Catney from Montgomery Alabama aka Zip. Was the uncle of Fred's cousin Charles Johnson of Ft. Pierce Florida. May the memories of your life continue on through your family. R.I.H.

We are praying that God will be your refugee and strength during this time. Mrs. McGriff has been a tremendous blessing to me and my family. The moment we move from Brooklyn, New York to Tampa, she adopted us into her family and showed us much love. We love her dearly.

My sympathy to the family in their loss. I worked with Mrs. McGriff in the 1980's.
She was very gracious and professional.
