Dear Polly, i remember Elmer as a kind, sweet-natured person. I met him late in life after Prissy brought Bruce to see me as a baby. After that I was an occasional visitor in your pleasant home. What sweet memories I have of your dear husband! This year, the day after Christmas, I will be 100 years old. My family is having a 99 and 1/2 year birthday party at the retirement home where I live in Durham. NC. I'd love to hear from you. Betty's number doesn't answer, so I assume she has passed. Such a sweet girl! Much love. Gloria
