19, passed away January 23, 2017. He is survived by mother, Tamika Samuel; father, Howard Sims; brothers, Isaiah Samuel and Keon Maxwell, Jr; sisters, Jontavia Bristol, Dana, Kaelin, Erica and Keosha Sims; maternal grandmother, Linda Mells, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Service is 3 pm, Saturday, January 28; Viewing from 1-3 pm, both at St. Petersburg SDA Church, 1001 56th Street North.

Tamika...there are no words for this unspeakable tragedy . I am so very sorry. Emmanuel would always light up the room with his explosive and warm smile . His presence was gentle and kind; I thought so much of him; it was a privilege to know him and to meet his siblings. And you, Tamika, are the best mom ever! Don't you ever forget that! Tamika on the behalf of the Snell family you and he entire family have our heartfelt sympathy. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we felt about man-man death. just know that you guys are very close in our thoughts and prayers. Being neighbors of grandma Linda for 20 years we will cherish some of the best memories of man-man growing up. just to name a few..his beautiful smile, working in grandma Linda flower garden from a little boy to last Friday.. catching bugs, snakes etc as he got such a laugh out of scaring everyone with them.
