To Kay & Family:
Words cannot express my deep despair over the passing of such a great family member and close personal mentor and friend. From my first meeting I was proud to have the feeling that I was a part of his family. He was truly genuine from the heart. I will always remember our long chats on life and the issues of the day. He will forever remain in my thoughts and each time I pass by the home and street where he enjoyed much pleasure in these later years. Kay you are strong and my prayers and heart go out to you and that you continue to have the strength to persever.

My Papa Gene was a great person. He always cared for me and others. Papa always spoiled Grandma Kay. He bought her every single beautiful thing that he could find. He loved her soooo much. In fact, he loved everything on this Earth and I know he would give anything to ease our suffering in his loss. He is in a better place and is watching over us, even now. Goodbye Papa, we will miss you

Kay,
I am so sorry for your loss! You made such a difference in Uncle Genes life and our family as well. The love you shared with him was electric and infectious and fun and everything that a marriage should be. Without him we would not have you in our lives, and for that, I feel blessed.

Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Uncle Gene...I Love You...Rest In Peace!

Gene,
What an honor and pleasure to have known you. My only regret is that I wish I had met you years ago, but becaucse of you I met my wonderful husband, Jim, and my new family whom I dearly love. You were a wonderful Brother-In-Law to me. Things will never be quite the same without you here, but one day we will all be together again. I will miss you terribly and not being able to come over and see what new things you have bought and to make you happy that I noticed. I love you,

Gene, you will be so missed! We will remember all the good times, and frustrating ones too, on the tax board. Those wonderful New Year's Eve parties will never be forgotten, either.
Our thoughts are with your family.

Gene,
Jay and I will miss you so very much. You were everything a brother could be (in good times and bad times). You always were supportive in time of need. Who will I call when questions come up about Jay? Your Santa smile will never leave me. I know Mom and Dad have smiles on their faces. We will miss you forever. Love, Doris and Jay
