Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Clara McClelland; her husband, John; and siblings, Edward, Ray and Richard. She is survived by her sister, Wanda Sue Kopta; brother, Roy (J.R.) McClelland; and the grandchildren, John and Dustin Cole. The viewing and funeral will be this afternoon, starting at

3 p.m. The service will start at 4 p.m. April 16, 2011, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, "where everyone who ever knew her is more than welcome to come out and say their goodbyes to everyone's Favorite bus driver and friend." The Rev. Mike Hill will officiate, burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Placid. Condolences maybe expressed by donating to Hope Hospice.
