FRANK MIRABELLA

MIRABELLA, Frank, 87, died September 27, 2011. He was the owner of Mirabella's Seafood Restaurant in Tampa for 40 years, 1952-1992. He was President of the Greater Tampa Restaurant Association for two years and State Director of the Florida Restaurant Association for five years. After retiring in 1992, he became the Manager of the Tampa Bay Little League concession stands in South Tampa for eight years. He is survived by his sons, Dennis Mirabella and Richard Mirabella and his spouse, Connie; daughter, Darlene Housefield and husband, David; grand-children, Matthew, Coleman and spouse, Abby, Alicia and spouse, Matt, Jacob, Richard, Autumn, Joshua, Michael, Luke and Hannah; and great-grand-child, Zachary. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, September 30, 2011, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Ave. The family will greet friends and family members at the reception, which will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donation's may be sent to St. Judes Children's Hospital or LifePath Hospice. 2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
