I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Rubin for many years as he came to St. Anthony's Hospital for CMEs every Tuesday. He recently presented a CME on "How to Live to be 100" and celebrate with him his early 100th birthday party. We miss you Dr. Rubin!

Gail, Howard, Gail and Samuel - We just read about Uncle Herb. Please know that we, too, will miss him very much. He was the last of the Rubins of that generation; fortunately, they all lived long, long lives. May we all do the same. Gail and Sherman Magidson and Steve and Barbara Sachs.
