In 1948, my late husband, Dick Eagle, set up his first law office on the fifth floor of the Empire Building across the hall from Dr. Evan's medical office. I know they enjoyed being neighbors and sharing visits and elevator rides, with both men just beginning their careers. I remember him well. Seeing the notices so close together on the same page brought back good memories of many years ago.
For obvious reasons, we have a number of copies of the Jan. 29th obituary page and would be glad to send you clippings of Ira's notice if a family member can supply me with a mailing address.

He was so proud of you. My deepest condolences to you and your family,
