Jacqueline WILCOX Obituary

WILCOX, Jacqueline D. 85, of Crystal River, formerly of Largo, passed away May 12, 2014. Jacqueline was born in Wauchula, FL in 1929, to Eloise and Roland Gambrell. Mr. Gambrell died when Jackie was an infant. Eloise married Leland Drew of Clearwater, and together they raised Jacqueline. Jackie graduated from Clearwater High School, where she met Ron Wilcox. They fell In love and were married on June 4, 1949. Jackie is survived by her loving husband, George Ronald Wilcox; their three children, George Jr. (Karen), Richard (Kathy), and Carol Seiler (Henry); two grandchildren, Charles Seiler, and Kellyn Wilcox; and many loving nieces and nephews. Jackie leaves behind many friends and family who loved her wonderful spirit, giving nature, and powerful faith. Jackie was a lifelong Methodist, enjoyed travel, art, music, and living life to the fullest. A service will be held at 10 am on Friday, May 16, at Crystal River United Methodist Church. Interment arrangements through Neptune Society will be held at a later date.
