Jason KEHOE Obituary
33, went home to be with his Heavenly Father Sunday, March 15, 2015, while living in New York. He was born Sept. 17, 1981 in New Port Richey and attended school here. Jason loved music, the mountains, and all kinds of sports. He was a loyal fan of Florida State's football team, due in part to their mascot who represented Jason's Native American heritage. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed entertaining us with his song and dance antics from an early age. Jason was a people-person who touched the lives of everyone he met. He will be remembered for his willingness to help anyone in need and for his tattoos that told the story of his life. He leaves behind grandparents, Lucy DeCubellis, and Frances and Walter Mallett; parents, Tom and Carol Kehoe and Butch and Pat Mallett; brothers, Brian Kehoe and John Mallett; and sisters, Shelley Hanratty and Polly Mallett. A huge family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will keep memories of special times with him. Our hearts are broken, but we find comfort in knowing that Jason is in peace and we will be with him again. He was a free spirit and felt at home outdoors, so a gathering in his memory will be planned for a later date.

Jason had this verse tattooed on his shoulder: Psalm 27.1
"The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" We know he trusted God and is finally free and at peace.
This book is in loving memory of our son, Jason. Thank you to everyone for your kind words. He will be forever in our thoughts and we will miss him always, but we know we'll be together again one day. Until then Jason, rest in God's loving care.

Now that I feel some closure from your wonderful mother.. I guess I have to try to say goodbye.. This loss shook me to the core esp just seeing u at my house a few weeks ago.. I wish I would have told u more how much u meant to me!! And I wish I knew that the kiss u gave me everytime I seen u would be the last.. My heart is broken... U were so caring and so special to me!!
