I am sadden by Bill's passing. We came to Pinellas County and began work on the same day, December 5, 1983. His contribution as the first circuit court administrator for the 6th Circuit was significant.

So sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I work side by side with Bill when we both worked at OSCA and when he and I shared the same roles as court administrators for the 6th and 13th Judicial Circuits. I appreciated very much his advice and counsel.
God Bless Bill and his family.
