Kathleen Blachly "Kay" Frank

FRANK, Kathleen Blachly "Kay", 91, passed away July 2, 2011 in Gulfport. She was a native of Didsbury, Alberta, Canada, where she taught school as a young woman. She later emigrated to California where she met her husband. She was predeceased by her husband, Lt. Col. William "Bill" Frank, USAF, Ret., and her brothers, Johnny Blachly and Ross Blachly. She is survived by her nephews, L. Robert Frank, Jr. (Claudia), Tampa, Ross Blachly (Noreen), Calgary, Alberta and nieces Dr. Linda B. White, Denver, CO., Mary Linda Frank, New York and Patricia Schmidt, Orlando. A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, July 11 from 4-6 pm at the funeral home.
