My cuz Kirk,I will miss you so much and so will this world, you were a very loving ,caring, generous person. You loved everybody and everything, especially your passion for music. I can remember going to the house on Kubala and you would yell for me to come up and listen to a song and of course we would make the song very loud. I will also miss the "WET WILLYS" you used to give me in my ears. My heart aches everyday as does it ache for the family. I know in my heart you are lounging on a beach listening to music and smiling with Oma (our Grandmother) and Aunt Margie. I will miss you but you will always be in my heart always. I love Ya CUZ!!!! You will be missed by everyone.

I was just informed today of Kirks passing. I grew up with Kirk, attended St. Joe's and Carteret High School with him, and played baseball and CYO basketball with him. There is so much I could say about him but there is not enough space for me to get it all in. He was a great guy, a great friend, and a wonderful human being. I consider myself very fortunate to have known him and will never forget him.

Georgia,
I just received an e-mail from a friend and I opened it to find the news of your Husband your Daughters Dad, and my buddy Kirk and I am sick.. I can only imagine how you all are. I hope you are hanging in there and are getting to the part where you celebrate a man who was intimidating to look at but was the sweetest teddy bear you ever wanted to meet. My name is John Cassidy and your husband and I were probably the best tennis doubles team to ever play in Carteret High School history, we definately were the funniest. It saddens me to know that this world lost a man like your Kirk. If you ever spoke to his friends from high school the stories are endless and always with the hardiest laughs you can imagine. He was hilarious, simply the best. I often think of him and no matter what I always smile. I really loved that guy and I'm so sorry for your loss. I will keep you and yours in my thoughts and prayers and hope that the pain of your loss sudsides so the celebration of Kirks life wil be one of joy and laughter and sincere love. if you need ANYTHING please don't hesitate to contact me. Again I'm so sorry for your loss, my heart too, will remain heavy knowing that the world loss a genuine "Good Man" with a heart of gold. Please give my love to the girls who he always spoke of and please tell his family I sent my best.
Sincerely,
John "Cass"

Kirk will be missed deeply by everyone who knew him. My heart aches for his wife Georgia. He loved her so much. My heart also hurts even more for his parents, as they are my Aunt and Uncle, you see Kirk was my older cousin. I just can't believe he is gone. It doesn't seem real. I know he is in peace and he is with other family members we have lost, so I know he will be okay. He was such a kind, loving and caring man. He loved life, he loved his family, he had so many friends. What else can I say he was just an all around great guy. I have so many memories of Kirk from when I was a little kid until now, and I will keep them with me in my heart. Kirk always had the saying What's up "couz", so I am leaving with this, I love you and will miss you forever "couz".

Kirk was a really dear friend in high school. Always a gentleman, and always a kind soul. He was a great drummer and great tennis player, but mostly a great friend to all who knew him. His fellow band members knew he was one member of a great big family. I was lucky enough to be one of his friends during these years.

My condolences to his dear wife and children. May God bless you all at this time.

Please take solace to know that Kirk touched so many lives during his short life here on earth.

Sincerely,

Linda (DeMarco) McInerney

Georgia & Family,
My deepest condolences for your loss. Kirk was a good man - good friend. I met Kirk in the early eighties through my neighbor, Charles Truch, Jr.(passed in October '08), at one of many get togethers Charles hosted. We would talk about investing and sports. No matter when or where, Kirk would always have a good word or two. He will be missed.

May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, be with you, in this time of sorrow. May Jesus be a constant comfort to all who knew and loved Kirk, and that all our lasting memories keep him alive in our hearts and minds only recalling the most momentous occasions, and the fondest of memories.

Kirk was a rock, part of the foundation for our Chapter Epsilon Theta at Seton Hall; as I recall, Kirk always held a character of determination and pride, constantly putting forth is best effort in everything he set out to accomplish. I am certain that his passing has left an impact on many. To all who loved him, please accept my sincerest condolences.

To Kirk – my brother, perhaps we will see each other again, in the chapter eternal.

Kirk was my room mate during college along with Joe D and others. Kirk was also a Fraternity brother. Kirk had a heart and soul that were larger than him. He was always smiling and was a huge Three Stooges fan. His interpretation of Curly was timeless and classic. He was a very kind man, and it was great to see him a few years back at our annual golf tourney. Many prayers go out to his family. He will be missed....

Kirk was one of my roommates and fraternity brothers at Seton Hall. I have many great and funny memories of the fun times we had back then. I last saw Kirk at a golf outing a few years ago and also spoke to him several times in recent years. It was good to get back in contact after so long, and I will miss him. I was shocked by this news and will think of his family.

Georgia & Family,

My deepest condolences on your lose of a super guy. He had a heart of gold. I was one of Kirk's friends from Carteret. He was fun to be around and there are many fond memories that he left us with.
Talked to Kirk about a month ago and he was so proud to become a "grand pappy" (as he called it).

He will be missed. God bless.

Georgia and family,

My deepest condolences to you all. I hadn't seen Kirk since 2001, when he came to Michigan for my wedding, prior to that, it was your wedding. So many memories come flooding back thinking of Kirk. He was a guy who'd give you the shirt off his back, even when times were tough. Mostly, I think about the laughs we had. He will be missed.
