I knew Lamont from working out at the YMCA. There was a group of us who would literally tear that gym up benching 350-500lbs. We kept each other sharp and would have fun cracking jokes while doing it. I'll never forget you gym buddy. Fly high and explore the universe for eternity.

Lamont our friendship started where I last saw you at church, it traveled to Daytona Beach when we were students at Cookman and you introduce me to my college buddy for life. It's crazy because the last conversation we had was about homecoming never imagined that being our last. I know you're in a better place and I know you were received with open arms and the words " Well done my child" you will definitely be missed your friendship especially. Fly high Dr. Lamont Allen.
