What a shock to learn today (August 24) of Larry's passing in June. A long life, well lived, and loved. In my instance probably the last of David R. Jones's friends when he left St Petersburg in 1962, 61 years ago. Larry was a good man, convinced patriot. He will be missed, including from afar (Alexandria VA).

Larry was beautiful person inside and out !
He was an inspiration to us all with his quick wit, big personality and love for life.
He loved being an Endodontist and treated his patients with great care !
He was a mentor to me that inspired me to do the same.
I will miss him and always remember him.

I don't even have the words for this heartbreak. Uncle Larry you were an amazing man. My best memory with you was when we went to Disney and we were going on Everest. I remember my reaction "like are you going to be okay going on this with us?" Your response was amazing "what do you think I'm an old man or something?" I will never forget all the laughter and french kisses on the cheek you would give all us gals. I love you so much and I know your at peace. Tell aunt Carol hi and we miss you both
