Margaret Nolan Obituary

Nolan, Margaret (McFarlane) "Midge"

86, of Oldsmar, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 6, surrounded by her loved ones. Midge was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 36 years, James Nolan; her daughter, Gail Nolan; and her son, James Martin Nolan Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Bridget Black, Terry Raimondi, and Sharon Kay Lynch; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Midge moved to Florida in 1981, where she enjoyed a successful career as broker and owner of First Choice Metro Realty before retiring.

A spirited and active woman, Midge lived life to the fullest. A competitive member of Countryside Country Club, she was known for her many tournament wins and her deep love of the game. Off the course, she cherished time spent with friends-traveling, playing dominos, and enjoying mahjong.

Among her most treasured memories were the annual family vacations, which took the family from the mountains to the beaches. This tradition built bonds that have kept the family close and continue to this day.

Midge's kindness, energy, and zest for life touched everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her sense of fun, and her unwavering love for family and friends.

Please refer to Curlew Hills Memorial Gardens' website for details on the Celebration of Life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in Midge's memory.
