Mary Rizzo Obituary
of Coatesville, PA, passed away October 16, 2025 after a long journey with pancreatic and lung cancers. The daughter of the late Walter J. and Bernice A. (Vinski) Bubanovich, Mary Ellen grew up in Shaler Township, PA. She is survived by her beloved husband, Paul; cherished children, Anthony, Elizabeth, and Nicholas. Mary Ellen was the sister of Julia (Alecia) Bubanovich, and daughter-in-law to the family of John and Jackie Rizzo. Mary Ellen and Paul spent several years raising their family in Mickleton, NJ and Tampa, FL.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony for family and friends will be scheduled at the Croatian National Hall Javor, 805 East Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
In lieu of flowers, the family instead welcomes a donation to End 68 Hours of Hunger, PO Box 10424, Tampa, FL 33679 or visit www.end68hoursofhunger.org.
