EGNEW, Merilyn B. (Williams) 91, of Dunedin passed on February 13, 2021. Merilyn is survived by her sister, Grace Worley; daughters, Barbara Frazier, Cindy Cadle (Donald), Sara Catherine Lewis (Jeff); seven adoring grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. One of five children, Merilyn was born December 16, 1929 to Frank and Grace Box in Wantagh, NY. Her family moved to St. Petersburg when she was a child. Merilyn graduated from St. Petersburg High School and was a longtime resident of Dunedin. She was active in many community associations, among them the Dunedin Jr. Service League and was a proud member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Dunedin. In 1996 Merilyn was honored with a Paul Harris Fellowship Award from the Countryside Rotary Club. She loved being with her family, enjoyed entertaining in her home, loved to dance, was fond of travelling and hated missing her weekly bridge club luncheon with life-long friends. A graveside service will be held on March 5, 2021 at Dunedin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Moss Feaster Dunedin Chapel
