Paul Solomon Obituary
beloved professor, mentor, father, husband, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025, at age 78. Born in Chicago, Illinois on March 27, 1947, he was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvia and Arnold Solomon and brothers, David and Louis. On July 3, 2001, Paul married Jill Jones, and together they built a joyful home surrounded by dear friends and two beloved Bichon Frisés. With his wit and infectious laugh, Paul embraced life wholeheartedly, loving great music, fine wine, good food, orchids, golf with friends, and time with his son, Scott and daughter-in-law, Kristina. A Celebration of Paul's Life is planned for December 7 at 2 pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Ave., Tampa, FL.
