Peggy SHAHAN Obituary

SHAHAN, Peggy J.

59, of Riverview, passed away peacefully on Feb. 23, 2016. She was born Feb. 15, 1957 in Ypsilanti, MI to Francis and Carol (Barnes) Leonard. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Brett Condon, Jayson Shahan, and Trevor Shahan; her siblings, Alan Leonard and Barbra Braden; and her mother, Carol Leonard. She was an alumnus of the University of South Florida, with a degree in Medical Technology. She worked in the medical field as a Laboratory Technician. She also studied Musical Education, and enjoyed listening to all types of music. She had a deep love for animals, and donated her time and money to organizations that helped them. Above all, she loved her family, and showed it through her acts of selflessness, kindness, and loyalty. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, Mar. 5, 2016 at 11 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
