Pilar M. COHALLA

COHALLA, Pilar M. 90, of Tampa, passed away Jan. 1, 2014. She was a seamstress for Wolf Brothers, and served as the President of the Florida Women's Bowling Association for many years. A native of Spain, she loved to travel there every year. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rafael Cohalla and Josefa Busto; two sisters, Josephine Bartel and Bertha Holt; and brother, Frank Cohalla. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Bronya (Kostas) Dimas, David (Rockie) Bartel, Zonya (Bob) Hayes, and Frank (Janet) Cohalla; great-nephews and nieces, Brian (Kimberly) Alvarez, Jorge Burgos, and Samantha Moran; as well as extended great-nieces and nephews in Missouri; brother, Ralph (Inez) Cohalla; extended family and many friends. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 Monday, Jan. 13, 2013 at St., Lawrence Catholic Church, 5221 N Himes Ave., Tampa, FL 33614. A celebration of life gathering will be held immediately following at Pin Chasers, 4847 N Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL 33603.
