BRIZZI, Robert Charles "Bob" 83, passed away peacefully at Seasons Hospice Oak Manor, Largo on November 17, 2021. Born in Washington County, PA to Jess and Martha Hamilton Brizzi who preceded him in death along with two grandchildren, Kristina and Kevin Brizzi. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Geraldine (Geri); his brother, William C. (Sara) Brizzi, Pinellas Park; three sons, Robert C. Brizzi, II (Traci), St. Petersburg, Jeffrey L. Brizzi, Gulfport, Michael Brizzi (Brenda), Seminole; grandchildren, SFC (Army) Robert C. Brizzi, III, Daniel Brizzi, LTJG (Coast Guard) Melissa Brizzi, David Brizzi; and one great-grandson, Robert Brizzi, IV. He followed his father's footsteps as a plumbing contractor at Pasadena Plumbing which was founded in 1949. After retirement, his sons carried on the family tradition as 3rd generation owners. First residents of Yacht Club Estates in west St. Petersburg in 1959. He graduated from Boca Ciega High School in the Class of 1955. He was an avid sportsman, longtime member of Pasadena Yacht and Country Club, and enjoyed spending time on his flats boat, The Liquid Plumber. As a history buff, he toured the U.S. to visit National Parks, American Battlefields, and military bases in his RV. He enjoyed spending time at his Santa Fe River Home. He also served in the Florida National Guard and the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a longtime member of the Pinellas Association of Plumbers, and Boca Ciega Kiwanis. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Tuesday, Nov. 23 at Brett Funeral Home. A ceremony will take place at 6 pm. Guestbook at:

The VFW Post #7721 Members and Auxiliary Members in Naples, Florida, hereby salute and recognize Robert Brizzi for serving God and his country by becoming a United States Soldier. We honor his memory and valiant service to our great Nation. Please accept our heartfelt sentiments as a token of our esteem and admiration of his duty. honor to country, and sacrifice for this great nation. His tour of duty is now over, and he takes his place in the scared hall of soldiers granted eternal rest.
