I just learned the news about Ron unexpectedly today. He was my Taylor representative from 1986-87 until 1998-99 at Pinellas Park High School. For years after he would send a Christmas card annually. He was an integral part of my earliest years of teaching.

My thoughts go out to he family. May his memory be eternal. After 32 years in this crazy yearbook business, I owe it all to Ron Binns for giving me a shot at the age of 18. I found out the sad news while on vacation in Sanibel of all places. Ron would go down there with the family every summer. Thank you again Ron for seeing something in me and helping me become a better yearbook salesman. Ron was a legend at Taylor Publishing.
