Ronald CANTWELL

CANTWELL, Ronald William "Ron" passed away on April 18, 2022 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Despite his illness, Ron continued to live life to its fullest, splitting time between homes in Old Greenwich, CT, and Treasure Island, FL, and spending plenty of quality time with family. Born August 30, 1943, in Janesville, WI, Ron graduated from Janesville High School in 1961 and then served in the Air Force, before going on to build a successful career as an energy executive and venture capitalist in New York City. He also enjoyed great food, international travel, live sports, and countless other hobbies. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillian and two brothers, Randy and Brad Cantwell. He is survived by his loving wife; the couple's four children and their spouses; 11 grandchildren; and his brother, Keith Cantwell of Ft. Myers, FL.
