Scott, you should still be here....attending reunions and keeping our neighborhoods safe. We hadn´t realized that you retired. Thank you so much for your service and commitment to the Community. Your departure leaves a void among your classmates. Sending love and comfort to your family.....

I had the honor of working with Scott at the sheriff's office in the SPOT unit.
Like others have shared, Scott was a funny and giving soul who truly embraced connection with others.
I am truly saddened to hear of his passing but I'm grateful for the time that we were able to spend together in the unit. Lots of laughs in the midst of a hard yet rewarding profession.
May you rest eternal my friend. Scott will forever live on in my mind and heart.

Scott and I went to Dunedin High School together. I was devastated to hear the news of his passing. Scott was a great person with great personality. We didn't see much of each other after high school but when we did it was like no time had passed. He always was so excited to see you. He will be truly missed. I know Scott is in heaven making everyone laugh up there. My condolences go out to his Sherriff community, his family and his friends.

Scott was a good man, I remember Scott as a quiet honest guy who did a great job at the sheriff' office. Scott and I worked in squads together while in patrol and was a dependable and reliable person to work along side off. R.I.P. my brother in law enforcent.

I knew Scotty from work (SPOT), we worked together for at least 10 years. The SPOT unit was a close knit group back then. Scott was one of the silliest and caring men, I have ever known. He had such a passion for the job, it was more than a job, to him.
I can say, he was never too busy if someone needed an ear to vent. Or do an impromptu music singing loudly in the office. I can still hear him singing at his desk...
I truly hope Scotty is at peace. My condolences to the family. Gonna miss him in this world.
