ULM, Scott passed away on July 29, 2021, in his home unexpectedly due to chronic health issues. Scott was born on September 5, 1968 in Dunedin, Florida to Carolyn and Gerald Ulm Senior. He attended H.B. Plant High School and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Communications. He held several jobs in his field of study, but spent most of his years working for his family's car dealership in Tampa. During his 52 years on earth, Scott perfected the art of the grilled cheese sandwich and gave much of his time volunteering with All Sports Community Service Foundation. Scott loved going to Tampa Bay sporting events, attending concerts, playing classic rock favorites he still had on cassette, and he always helped his daughters figure out why their car was making a strange sound. He loved his cat Sweetie Pie, taking day trips to St. Pete Beach, but most of all, he loved his children. Scott was predeceased by his father, Gerald. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn, his three daughters, Isabel, Natalie and Josie, and his three siblings, Jerry, Linda and Phil. Scott loved unconditionally and cared so deeply for the people around him. He could put a smile on anyone's face and was always there to listen no matter what. His sense of humor and kind heart will truly be missed. In honor of Scott, please consider donating to one of the following organizations: https://www.allsportscommunity.com/giving-back/
