Dear Betty and family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of my good friend Bevo's passing. When we first moved into Rainbow some 30 years ago Bevo was one of the first to introduce himself. That was the start of a long and cherished friendship.
Memories of our good times together as firemen, playing in Hub Lakes Sports and the Mayor's Trophy League will stay with me always.Through the years my children came to know and love him as "Uncle Bevo" and they are also deeply saddened by his passing.
I think most would agree that Bevo was one of the first true "community organizers". His scheduled events usually led to hours of fun for the whole family. How many of us still proudly display his hand made "paddle boat" race trophies. We will miss him.
Our most sincere sympathy,
Charlie , Sue, Erica and Melanie Engfer

Dear Betty and Family,

I am so saddened to learn of Bevo's passing. He really is someone I will never forget. He made me laugh often and probably roll my eyes even more. But he always made me smile. I have so many wonderful memories. Horse racing at the Bow, Paddle Boat races, PECHIP, Zemis, RGA, our special way of saying "Love you too Bevo"... :)

I'm really going to miss him.

Dear Betty and Family, it is with our deepest sympathy that we pass on to you and your family our thoughts and prayers. Remembering all the very good years in Rainbow with the kids growing up, marriages, and moving on to our present life in retirement. We couldn't have raised our families in a better place in Rainbow Lakes and made so many wonderful friendships.
