Chris, I was so stunned to learn the news of Tom's passing. I have had way too much death too close to me this year, and now to find out that a man I literally grew up with is gone, is just too much. I had known Tom since the 1950s; we were on a radio station together in 1960, a band together in 1964/5, and palled around together until the late 60s. I am so glad I got to see him, and meet you, in 2002 at your beautiful home in Tampa. RIP, Tom, and God Bless!

Christine,
There are no words to express the sadness we feel for you. Thomas was such a wonderful husband and cherished part of our family. He was so much more of a brother than brother in law. We were blessed to have him in our lives.

Dear Christine, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Tom. I only met him once at Eliza's wedding, but I felt that I knew him through Maggie. She got such a kick out of him tormenting her with his political views and vise versa. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love, Dottie Moreau

Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for your loss. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May these memories give you peace and comfort. The loss of a loved one here on Earth brings us an angel in Heaven who will watch over us. Chris, may you & your family take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. My most sincere condolences to you and yours at this time.

Chris, so very sorry for the loss of Tom. I was never had the privilege of meeting him; however, you are a wonderful person so I can only assume that your spouse of 30 years was the same. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Keep the Lord close during these times.

Christine, I am very sorry for your loss. Your husband was an excellent man, and, although our paths have not crossed in many years, I will always remember Tom for his excellent sense of humor and his genuine concern for others. My father loved Tom, and I suspect they are sharing fond memories as I write this note. My prayers are with you, and I will lift a glass to Tom tonight. Love, Matt Dabkowski

We're so very sorry for your loss of Tom. We have so many fond memories of fun times shared with you and Tom.

Tom lit up a room with his great sense of humor and his attitude that life should be fun and shared with others. We will all miss his colorful e-mails.

In the early days, Tom changed apartments every year and all his friends participated in the annual Tom moves. I never had so much fun as I did doing a TD move. At one point Tom was my roommate and I met my wife through Tom.

Finally, Chris came on board and a more serious and well-balanced Tom evolved. He was no less fun, but had found his rudder.

We say goodbye to a great friend and our prayers are with you Chris.

Tommy...we will all miss your gentle soul. From our beginnings on the shores of Lake Erie 57 years ago, you were always a dear friend. We thought so much about our lives being able to enjoy the next chapter with you and Chris, when Jan and I could wind down our careers...but now you've gone off fishing! Save some for the rest of us to catch. We miss your dearly....and with all of our love we say 'good night'....George and Jan Berardi
